Terms and Conditions for Biggs Grows and Inspires Marketing LLC

Any examples of potential earnings, case studies, testimonials, projections, or performance illustrations provided by the Company are for informational purposes only and do not represent guarantees of future performance.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

22.4 Assumption of Risk

By using the Services, you acknowledge that all marketing and business activities involve inherent risk.

You assume full responsibility for your business outcomes and agree that Biggs Grows and Inspires Marketing LLC shall not be liable for lack of profitability, reduced revenue, or business losses.

22.5 Limitation Related to Third-Party Platforms

The Company is not responsible for:

Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms

Changes in advertising policies

Increased advertising costs

Reduced platform reach

Algorithm updates

Third-party outages

You understand that the Company has no control over third-party platforms such as social media networks, search engines, payment processors, or communication providers.
